According to Rabbi Menachem Creditor, “Passover is the Jewish holiday of liberation, based on our own story of emergence from Egypt and our becoming free.” Rabbi Creditor, who is Scholar in Residence at UJA-Federation of NY, told Inside Edition Digital, “It's the most important holiday on the Jewish calendar.” He underscored Passover’s importance, adding, “It's the birth of what it means to be Jewish in the world today.”
